Lebon's meat is organic meat as it was always meant to be. Together with only a handful of farmers, Lebon works on a closed and circular chain. Thanks to this short chain, every cut is totally traceable, in this case to organic farmer Jérôme's animal-friendly certified farm. This is what gives the meat pure and flavourful, free from any harmful hormones and anitbiotics, so commonly used in conventional animal farms.
