The Bastiaansen cheese factory is located in Molenschot in Brabant (The Netherlands). The tastiest cheeses are made here every day from grass milk. The goats spend more time outdoors than average in a meadow full of grasses, clovers, herbs and flowers. This ensures the tastiest milk and therefore cheese. This special cheese is a combination of a traditional Gouda recipe for goat cheese with the French Roquefort mould. The result? A fresh and mild blue-veined cheese. The cheese has a ripening process of 10 weeks, which allows the mould to develop properly in the taste.
