Raw, non-homogenized milk has advantages over processed milk. Homogenization increases the allergenicity of milk protein. Pasteurization destroys enzymes that aid in digestion. An example is lactase, which breaks down lactose (milk sugar). The microorganisms also digest some of the nutrients present in milk, such as lactose and milk proteins. This sometimes even makes the drink suitable for people with lactose intolerance. People with a cow's milk allergy can almost always tolerate our raw fermented dairy products. Because RauwPower yogurt is not heated, it is slightly thinner than you are used to. The taste is mild and creamy and has a softly fragrant yoghurt aroma. All the healthy properties of raw milk have been retained in this yoghurt. The ideal storage temperature for our products is 4 degrees Celsius.
