The ripe fruits have already formed pulp and the remaining fruit juice has a slightly more 'coconut-like' taste than is the case with young coconuts. Dr. Antonio Martins wants to guarantee a good daily life for the farmers, workers and their families in Sri Lanka in terms of education, health care and housing.
