The Mother Slice - Ancient Grains Biscuits & Sun Flavor Buckwheat have a strong crunchiness and a full taste, that of good and handmade bread.
Handcrafted with selected organic ingredients, they add the most intense and aromatic flavor of buckwheat to the delicacy of ancient grain flours, for an original combination, rich in character.
The base is a type 2 wheat sourdough, which gives structure, fragrance and a rustic scent, perfectly enhanced by a slow leavening and a sweet biscuit of over half an hour, which makes them crispy at the right point.
Good source of fiber and protein are without added sugars: genuine choice for breakfast or snack, perfect to enjoy with sweet creams, salty spreadable, but also on its own, to appreciate all its rustic simplicity.
