The Fetta Madre - Spelt & Rye Savore Biscuits are the perfect meeting between authenticity and craftsmanship, designed to accompany breakfasts and snaks, with their simplicity and lightness.

The base is a sparted sourdough processed according to the rules of art, which is joined by stone-ground selt flour and rye, which further enriches the dough with its decisive aromatic notes: the result is a product with a rustic and unmistakable scent.

The long natural leavening and the slow biscuit, at a mild temperature, guarantee a fragrant consistency, ideal to be enjoyed with compotes, spreadable creams, but also alone, to appreciate all its rustic simplicity.
