Le Gruyère AOP is a Swiss classic since 1115. Crafted in the region surrounding the village of Gruyères for nearly a millennium, Le Gruyère is a true expression of Swiss cheesemaking tradition. Made from the finest raw milk of cows grazing in the lush pastures of the Greyerzerland, it develops a deeply savoury character with remarkable depth and complexity. Firm in texture and naturally lactose-free, this cheese offers a rich, rounded flavour with subtle nutty notes that unfold beautifully on the palate. A true all-rounder - equally at home on a cheese board or melted into comforting dishes such as a classic cheese fondue. Please note: this cheese is made from raw milk and is therefore not suitable for pregnant women.
