Since 1960, the Kourellas family has been producing traditional Greek dairy products at the foot of the Grevena mountains, in Northern Greece. The entire process is managed in-house - from milking the goats and sheep to crafting their award-winning feta.
This organic feta is slowly matured in traditional wooden barrels, where it develops its distinctive tangy character. The result is a rich, creamy and complex flavour with authentic depth.
