The result is a grain that is wholesome, flavourful, and full of life - grown close to nature, with integrity at every step. Preparation: Rinse the oats. For each serving, bring 100g of oats with 250ml of water to the boil. Simmer gently for approximately 60 minutes until tender. Add salt or herbs to taste.
