Raw Milk Company was created from a collaboration between two organic dairy farms: t Ecoloar and Het Hengelman. Both companies were looking for a way to have their milk processed into very special dairy products. Ecoloar has already experimented extensively with raw milk kefir, yoghurt and curds. These products were well received by the customers of the own farm shop. So they decided to make more of these types of treats under the RauwPower brand. Is the seal of this packaging bulging? Don't worry, that's normal! The yeasts in this special kefir cause the packaging to bulge, but that says nothing about the shelf life of the product. You can continue to enjoy it!
