This raw hemp seed oil is cold pressed from fresh hemp seeds at a temperature of no more than 40 degrees Celsius without any additives or further treatment. This pure oil has a nutty flavour and is naturally rich in omega 3 & 6 and GLA (gamma-linoleic acid). These essential fatty acids help maintain a healthy heart and blood vessels, among other things. Hemp seed oil is not suitable for cooking, but can be used in salads, smoothies, or pasta (drizzle over our premium Sicilian Ancient Grain Hemp Spaghetti or Penne).
