Handcrafted with only selected organic ingredients, they delight with their crunchiness, and all the aroma of Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, an ancient, fine variety.
With semi-wholemeal oatmeal and without any added sugar, they are also a good source of fiber and protein.

The base is a living sourdough, which gives structure, fragrance and an irresistible scent, enriched by the natural one of extra virgin olive oil.
The long leavening and slow biscuit, for over half an hour at a mild temperature, make them crispy at the right point, light, but rich in character.
