Sapore di Sole Garlic & Cumin Naan is a soft, fragrant flatbread enriched with the warm, aromatic flavours of cumin and garlic, inspired by traditional Indian cuisine. Made with extra virgin olive oil and whole Cervia sea salt, it is a simple, entirely plant-based take on this much-loved bread.
Part of Sapore di Sole’s approach to traditional baking, the naan is made with carefully selected ingredients and gentle processing, bringing old culinary traditions naturally into the modern kitchen.
To serve, finish baking in the oven at 180–200°C for approximately 5 minutes, or warm in a toaster at medium heat for around 3 minutes.
Perfect alongside curries, soups and other Indian-inspired dishes, or filled with vegetables, spreads and sauces for a quick meal.
