Green olives marinated with oregano Mani are exquisite green olives of the Konservoliá type.
They grow under the Greek sun and are an excellence of traditional olive growing: hand-picked, they are left to age from six months to a year, a slow natural fermentation with the exclusive use of water and salt, which respects the long times required to reach an optimal level of maturation. The olives are then marinated with extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano and put in the jar with a "dry" vacuum, or without liquid, and without undergoing pasteurization processes.
In this way, a raw, raw product is obtained, which best preserves the flavors and nutritional properties of olives and enhances their freshness and quality, guaranteeing a genuine and aromatic product.
