Ekoplaza Parboiled Rice is specially cultivated and steamed so that the vitamins and minerals naturally present in the outer layer of the grain are transferred into the rice before milling. This process gives the rice its characteristic slightly golden colour.
Preparation: Add twice the amount of water to rice. Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for approximately 15 minutes.
