These biodynamic Demeter-certified eggs come from the Sijbenga family farm in Drenthe, the Netherlands. Their farm won the public award in 2015 for having the most beautiful free-range area for laying hens. The outdoor area is planted with trees and shrubs, allowing the hens to roam freely while providing natural shelter from birds of prey. The Sijbenga family also grows most of the hens’ feed on their own land, helping to keep farming cycles as closed and sustainable as possible. The packaging is made from 50% recycled paper and 50% grass fibres, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
