The sheep’s dairy products from the southern French producer Bergerie are made in La Canourgue, in the Lozère region. Bergerie works closely with small local sheep farmers whose Lacaune sheep graze on the highland pastures of Lozère and are fed fragrant hay and grains during winter. To support biodiversity, Bergerie has placed 120 beehives across its organic farms. This Greek-style sheep’s milk yoghurt is made with real Bourbon vanilla and is delicious enjoyed as a breakfast or as a dessert.
