The sheep's milk from the southern French company Bergerie is produced in La Canourgue Lozère. Bergerie has been working with small local sheep farmers for many years. The Lacaune sheep graze in the pastures of the Lozère highlands and are fed with fragrant hay and grains in the winter. Bergerie has placed 120 beehives on these organic farms to promote biodiversity. This mild sheep's curd is delicious for breakfast with fresh fruit and muesli or as a dessert.
