This smoked salmon comes from Zalmhuis Steur, renowned for its top-quality MSC-certified salmon from sustainable fisheries. The MSC Sockeye salmon is prized for its deep red colour, firm texture and rich, full flavour. Caught in Alaska, the salmon is filleted by hand, dry-salted for 12 hours, then gently smoked at low temperature for 8–15 hours using traditional methods. Each fillet is carefully checked and packed by hand, resulting in an exceptional artisanal smoked salmon.
