This slightly spicy mustard with the flavour of Espelette pepper is very aromatic. A real success as an accompaniment to white and red meats and even fish en papillote. Ideal also for salad dressings, mayonnaises and more. Our organic Espelette pepper mustard is made in Alsace with mustard seeds grown in France by partner farmers and sun-dried French Espelette pepper. This biological tradition mustard with Espelette pepper adds spice to your vegetables, meat and fish.

 Pique Assiettes mustard comes from the last traditional sweet mustard factory remaining today in Alsace. Sweet mustard has been produced in Alsace since the 19th century. It is a very different process from strong mustard.
